Pegboard is proud to announce the successful launch of Playgroup NSW's Integrated Web and CRM project. Playgroup NSW are an organisation responsible for bringing together over 15,000 families and children in the state, providing over 1100 playgroup sessions per week.
After winning the tender early in 2015 Pegboard set to work building an integrated solution that aimed to revolutionize Playgroup NSW internal and client facing services.
The solution was a mix of Pegboard's ODP platform and a an implementation of a cloud based CRM tightly integrated to provide a seamless flow of data from client interaction through to membership, invoicing and reporting.
The project was launched in December 2015 and has dramatically improved uptake of client services and improved internal administration, sales and marketing processes.
