Younger Onset Dementia

Alzheimer's Australia is the peak body providing support and advocacy for 250,000 Australians living with dementia. 

Younger onset dementia or early onset dementia refers to dementia which first emerges before a person reaches the age of 65. Younger onset dementia can occur in your 50’s, 40’s or even your 30’s.

Forum To Connect

The Victorian division of Alzheimer's Australia sought to provide a community in which to connect younger people with dementia, their families, carers and friends. The forum provides a place to share stories, connect with others in a similar situation, ask questions and share information.
